I just saw on collegeboard that for upenn, you can take the SAT I AND SAT II subject tests...or just simply take the ACT test. Is that correct? I thought that no matter what test you take, (ACT or SAT), you have to take the subject tests?
Anyone know for sure?

it wouldn't hurt to take the SAT IIs. i've taken them all, so watevs. but i think it's
1. SAT and SAT IIs
or
2. ACT
i think taking the SAT IIs either way gives a better picture. who knows? but don't take my word, bc i m not 100% sure. it's just that u were so polite so i had to respond. haha

Thanks for your response. Yeah, I'm planning on taking the SAT IIs, (I've taken a couple already...but am FAR from satisfied with my scores). So, I simply wouldn't mark them on my application if they would end up hurting me.
But whatever...I'll just put them on there. You have awesome test scores. How do you people do so well on them?! I don't get it. I'm taking the ACT next Saturday...and I'm praying for a 32. Any tips/advice for me? :-)
