What are my chances if I apply to Harvard Early Action. As a senior I am taking 6 AP classes and I have two very good reccommendations.

In my personal opinion, I don't think you should apply to Harvard EA because your SAT scores are too low.

hmm, your scores (SAT + SAT II) are the only things bringing you down.
You have a strong transcript, good recs (hopefully), fine ec's. Your urm status will be a boost.
My advice: retake some tests. Retake any you are remotely confidant about. Get a higher score and you'll have a better shot.

Do you think it is a good idea to apply early action if i dont retake my tests because i doubt I can go any higher and harvard is my first choice school.

Apply and take a chance. If you don't apply you will definatley NOT get in. I think you have as good a chance as anyone. Just make sure and write an amazing essay
Good Luck
