Have you looked into the financial aid policies of the schools you are interested in transferring to? Many colleges offer NO financial aid to international students. Unless you have focused on the few schools who do offer such aid, you may well repeat your results from Cornell.

BUMP - bring my post up
Coureur --> this time I applied for outside scholarships as well. Harvard, Yale, Middlebury offer finaid to intl. students. Mount Holyoke, Wellesley, Georgetown etc. offer transfer scholarships... I am looking for my chance there! Based on my profile what do you think? Do I have a chance of being accepted?
Thanks
