Discus: Ivy League Schools: Columbia University: Advice for teen court
By Jekyllnhyde10 (Jekyllnhyde10) on Friday, September 10, 2004 - 03:43 pm: Edit

With politics' ever-increasing significance I decided I wanted to go about establishing a teen court in my school. Teens act as lawyers, defending other students as a real judge presides. The court gives real sentencing. Any suggestions? Do you think Columbia will like it? Better than UN?

My school has a pretty well-established teen court system; Columbia likes to see commitment and, well, teen court isn't very trying (it's easy to set up, etc.)...doesn't require much commitment...
