I have to tell you straight that your SAT score might kill you. A 640 is EXTREMELY low for any Harvard applicant irrespective of how long you've spoken it for.
I hope you've been seeing around that the middle 50% of the SAT scores range from 1400-1590, which means, 25% of the incoming freshmen have 1600s.
Your SAT II scores aren't that high either. If you had something like 800/800/800 then it could have covered up the SAT score.
What is your senior year course schedule? How many more AP courses do you have? Do they include the sciences and calculus?
But hey, if you really want to get in, what the heck? Apply. Use your essay very well to focus on things that ordinary harvard applicants would not have. Or the other way around, you could use it to in a way explain how you had to stuggle with english and all that.
