Do you think it is wise to send a small school photograph with my application? I've visited campus twice, spoke with professors and admissions people. I also attended a meeting in my town with a friendly admissions rep. Maybe they'd remember me if they saw my photo??? I don't want to look like I can't follow directions though. The application never asks for a photo.

In general, the "application with a photo" question has many sides. A study actually showed that students who sent photographs got in at a higher rate if they were attractive than if they were "ugly."
Your case, however, is a bit different because you want them to recognize you. I'd say go for it. People send pictures all the time, I hear.
