"I KNOW MY ESSAY WILL BE REALLY GOOD."

Really good? Better than the guy who posted a few threads down who said he'll have an "amazing essay?" Yeah, your chances are decent, good luck.

thanx, do you think i should do an interview just to better my chances?

I'm sorry to say this, but I find your chances at getting into M&T weak. It's a really really competetive program, and you don't exhibit anything particularly outstanding. None of your extracurriculars are very unique or specifically stand out, none of your awards are state or national, and even your scores are average. I'm just being honest here - perhaps you could get lucky, but I think without an essay or recommendation that is absolutely exceptional, I'd say it's going to be tough.

thanx for the honesty, do u think there is anything i could do to get a better chance?

Retake as many of the SAT I and SAT II tests as you can. Also consider taking the ACT.

so basically is it my sat I and sat II's that are holding me back?

You have pretty good ECs. Be sure to play up your leadership and describe how you are a leader in the clubs that you do. For academics, I agree with Knightmare that you could do better. It would be more impressive if you had a higher rank. For the SATs, I would say that you are alright if you do well on the ones that you are taking in October. However, you should definitely do something about your Math IC score. Fisher probably puts a good deal of emphasis on math and a 640 is not that great. BUT, if you really do well on IIC and your math grades and AP exams are good, then UPENN should be able to look past it. To be on the safe side, you should retake as many as you can as knightmare suggested previously.

It probably will be tough for Fisher but I think you have a decent chance at Wharton or the Engineering school. But make sure your essays and recs are good, and apply there anyway and hope for the best. Good luck.
