so i'm deciding which bank to use and I've narrowed them down to wachovia, fleet and sovereign. Which bank does the ATM at phelps gate and others around campus belong to? and which bank is more prevalent in new england and new york? sovereign has no fee for basically everything and i assume its trying to lure customers..no charge for use of ATMs belonging to other banks or any monthly fees etc.

any suggestions? thanks

I know nothing about banking in NE/NY - sorry.

I'm thinking about getting Chase or Fleet - both of which are merging with banks with branches in Chicago (BankOne and Bank of America, respectively) so I can use ATMs at home for free.
