Do the black fraternities and sororities have houses on campus and how do they stack up to the other frats houses (e.g. DKE, KKG, SAE, DDD etc.)? Also how is the interaction between the black fraternities/sororities and traditionally white ones(as well as I guess are race relations amongst the student body itself)?

The minority organizations do not have official houses. Mainstream and minority fraternities/sororites don't really seem to have much interaction.
