Does anyone have any idea what the item "Birth Certificate Request" on the list of deadlines (on the envelope) means? There is only an envelope with no further explanation...

they just want a copy of the birth certificate. send it in that pink envelope.

I have a daughter entering Brown. She was not told specifically but it is implied. She got a certified copy of her birth certificate, put it in the pink envelope, and sent it. I guess they did not give directions because it is kinda straightforward. They want a birth certificate on record. So, get a copy made of yours and send it in that pink envelope.
