Seem like the "science-type"
Why not MIT/Caltech?

MIT is without question my first choice, I won't lie. I've been obsessed for quite some time. However, my friend's brother goes to Brown for physics and I was talking to him about the lack of core curriculum and how you can start graduate courses first semester, etc. That seemed like a really nice policy.
More input is welcomed, thank you.

With stats like that you've got a really good shot anywhere...I'd definitely apply if I were you.
