but the thing is I was close to getting A's in all three classes that I got B's in, but some of my friends in those classes got A's, and they are applying to Harvard =( so I'm screweddddddddddddddddddddd

Umm I got B's in classes that people that applied to Harvard and Yale got A's in and I got into both of them and they didn't get into either. There is a lot more to your application than just grades. If you have only 3 B's (even from a crappy public school if you go to one) you aren't going to get rejected/waitlisted from Harvard because of your grades.
