How many people are planning on bringing their bikes? Is it worth having one? Is theft a problem? I have a decent lock, but considering theft, I am unsure if I want to bring my bike, which I didn't get that long ago -- almost new, or to get a beater bike so I wouldn't lose as much if it were stolen. What about storage during the winter? I read in one of the handbooks that they must be stored outside or in the actual dorm room...just wondering if inside would work space-wise and outside could be damaging.

NOT worth having when u live in the yard

MAYBE if you are quadded or mather-dunster as a soph, youd be wanting to bring one (altho i dont and ive never wanted one)

My advice - DEFINITELY DONT bring a bike for frosh year - the yard is in Harvard square AND the T stop is about 11 feet away - no need for bikes - too much of a hassel
