is Dartmouth Aires the best and only group at Dartmouth?

The DoDecaphonics are another group, there may be others. (My older daughter just graduated from Dartmouth, and she was a member of the DoDecs for all four years - swears by them...:-)

Here's what the Dartmouth 'shmen guide (http://www.dartmouth.edu/~shmen/index.htm) says:
A Cappella
Although you may notice the authors of this guide have a slight bias, A Cappella is certainly one of the most popular social opportunities available on campus for students by students. With eight total a cappella groups, there is something for everyone—just check your blitz and you’ll be sure to find one of the groups performing each week at a Greek House, in Collis, or just about anywhere else on campus. Truly a must-see, or rather, must-hear!!! Interested in joining? Be sure to watch for audition dates during orientation. Girls' auditions are usually two days before classes start, and guys' auditions usually are the day before the beginning of classes. Check them all out and decide for yourself what you like.
Male:
Aires
Cords
Final Cut
Female:
Subtleties
Decibelles
Rockapellas
Co-ed:
Dodecaphonics (Dodecs)
X.Ado (Christian a cappella group)
If you want to look into it further, a lot of the links for the individual groups are listed at http://www.dartmouth.edu/~sao/coso/orgs.html. I know this question was asked awhile ago, but I hope it helps anyone whose interested!
