Hey. . .was considering applying to Cornell this fall (arts and sciences).
maybe majoring in political science, english, international relations, something along those lines. I'm wondering if I should apply or not. . .if I apply, my chances of getting in aren't that great in the first place, so I ought to be sure it'd be a school I would want to attend if I were accepted. . . I might as well save myself some money if I don't think I'd attend. I've done some research, it seems beautiful. . .but brochures will always convey that sentiment.

Can someone give me some pros and cons?
I mean I know all about the prestige, but looking deeper. . .
