I was wondering how many people got into colombia with low test scores. I have an amazing GPA(4.0) and good ecs, but my SAT IIs are like 650s and my SAT was a 1250. These are amazing scores in my area, highest in the city, but i know they arent even close to columbia standards. Will they look at my scores and stamp my application with a rejection, or will they look at it in context.(I am a URM btw. Latino) All help is appreciated.

In context, of course.

A Mexican kid on the "other board" got into Harvard, Yale, and Amherst with a 1340/4.0. They might take you, if you study hard and do well on your SAT II's, and go ED.

They will look at you in the context of your environment. If you come out of the ghetto with a 1200 and a 3.2, and most of your classmates don't even graduate, you're looking pretty good.
