Is it too late to apply for FAFSA and financial aid from the GOVERNMENT now (Fall 2004 term)??

You can fill out the FAFSA until June. What Cornell will do is entirely different. Each school reacts differently to late applications. You should call the Financial Aid Office and explain the "extenuating" circumstances. Transfers have to file a special form (2N i think) which is available online and also the CSS Profile (which most private Universities require.) I am not sure this answers your question, but Good Luck
