How does Harvard view Columbia? What are the common generalizations?

well i suspect that harvard is quite troubled with the dominance that the cocaine trade has over the government, and the inability of anything other than a military junta to bring stability to the nation. on the plus side, i am quite sure that harvard believes that columbia's coffee is truly exquisite, with no domestic grounds even coming close to their aromatic flavor.
seriously, how does this question matter in any way whatsoever?
