The title of the thread says it all. I was checking the status of my application for transfer admission, and I noticed that for my SAT scores, rather than saying "Received" like they did about a week ago (right before the AdCom started to meet), they now say "Official, Receipt from Tape." Does anyone know what this means? My app never said that last year, is that an indication of them looking at my scores in a different manner than last year? Or am I reading to much into that?

I doubt it means anything. Personally, I'm an '08 freshman admit, and on my application status check it says "Official, Receipt from Tape" for each of my submitted SAT scores, too.

It's just a computerized method by which they receive SAT scores from College Board.
