No...Daniel Zahler (in your opinion) can write better (on the subject of football rivalries) than can Brian Levinson.
And Yale has the best English department by far, uncontested.

yale is betta for undergrad, harvard is betta for grad.

Haha no offense to Yalies but Zahler is clearly a superior writer.

I have an idea, guys. Let's predict how our first Game turns out, shall we? Here are some early predictions:
1) The Yale kids will all get drunk, the Harvard kids will be frantically studying for finals 9 weeks away.
2) Harvard football will arrive late on the field. Engaged in their usual busy search for their manhoods, which haven't been seen for years, the team loses track of time and still manages to come on the field girly men
3) A Harvard student will threaten to kill himself as the Game comes to a close (score: 21-7 Bulldogs), but then realize that Mommy will yell at him if he does indeed jump off the stadium
4) The Yalies continue to get drunk, as Harvard kids continue studying for their midterms - 9 weeks away.
I welcome debate, but be aware that you guys have lost before you even started.

i just think the 2 styles are different. the harvard one has shorter sentences and is fast paced, whereas the yale one has longer sentences and is more verbose, which makes it seem more drawn out. i guess this translates into the harvard one coming across as livelier than the yale one.

the ironic thing is...i was waitlisted at harvard, rejected from yale....my friend is going to harvard but was rejected from yale...hmmmm

That is because Yale is better than Harvard.
