I am a International student and Junior in high school.
I have

GPA : 3.51
SAT 1 : 450/ 750
SAT II : Math IIC 800, Chem 620, and writing not taken.
Some of ECs, and I got 5 or more award from AMC, AIME, Math competetion in high school, and writers award from our city. And currently Prefect and next year. Also vice president of class council.
I do not know about U.S. College system and everybody says Dartmouth is very hard to get in. I really wanted to get in Dartmouth from my sophomore year. What can I do for it? I want to get in Pre-medic, but it seems impossible with my score.[hh]

i will be simple and to-the-point
definitely your verbal needs some improvement.
you probably should score at least middle 600s in writing, and i'm sure you can score higher in chem (at least 700).
gpa is also a little low
write a spectacular essay and receive an excellent peer review, then you have a shot
