I'm 99.999999% sure no money must be sent in, but since he expected there to be one, and it's now April 27th, my father is HOUNDING me about a potential deposit beign due. Please just give me some kind of confirmation one way or the other.

There is no deposit for Harvard. You just tell them whether you are enrolling and they take you at your word.
