Hi,

Whats the difference between SEAS Columbia and College? What's the other different "sections" beside columbia university. I'm confused. i thought there was only one columbia university.

seas is school of engineering and applied sciences, it is basically just as hard of a school as columbia, but since much fewer people apply, admission rate is higher. people there will usually major in some type of engineering or other science thing.
columbia also has school of general studies (not to sure about) and a nursing school, law, dentistry, etc. also columbia is affiliated w/ barnard college (its all girl school) that has different graduating/admission requierments. hope that helps..go to columbia's website for more
