I'm sorry to say but these are Brown's waitlist statistics for the Class of 2007:

Qualified applicants placed on waiting list: 1,450
Applicants accepting a place on waiting list: 450
Students enrolled from waiting list: 0

Forget Brown. I got rejected from there and frankly they are extremely random and admit weird people.

I agree with LT4xbball. Forget brown--there's almost zero chance of getting in from the waiting list (The amount of people to get in off the waitlist has been steadily decreasing every year). You're better off deciding where else you want to go, and not hanging around in limbo until may/june.

I don't know where LT4xbball got his numbers. If you go to the Brown admissions web site and look at the pofile of the class, it says that 150 people were admitted off of the waitlist last year, not 0! That's 10% of the class.

i got my numbers from usnews an UNBIASED source unlike the Brown website
