hey, im at work and checking my decision well trying... it is taking sooooooooo long i finaly got to a webpage w/ the address bar something like ....decision/flashenabled=y at the end.... do they show flash for every decision!! this comp doesnt have it and it is not loading anymoreee

you don't need flash.
you can choose flashenabled or no flash
