Does Harvard post acceptance decisions online? If so, what's the website and when do they do it (April 1?)? I heard they send an email but I'm not sure about this.

They send an email to you, i'm not sure of the date. It's the email that you provided on your application.

how many minutes after 5 do you think it will take? Talking to someone from EA round, it seems their mail servers were quite fast.

It varies: you can get it shortly after 5 or up to an hour after
