I know that an interview is mandatory for admission to hotel school. i've emailed the school several times but have gotten no reply. what shall i do??

Call them, but I think the deadline was February 15th. Maybe you could set up a phone interview. Just speculation though...

on the website for the hotel school, i think it said that they extended the deadline, but if for some reason u can't have an interview, there is an essay question that they'd like you to complete. when i applied, they sent me a letter notification saying i should call them up and make an appointment ASAP. u should try calling, email is way too slow.
