So, it seems that it is now easier to get into Harvard than Yale. Hrm. Did Harvards EA pool move to Yale's this year?

Self-selecting applicant pool, maybe. I know of some people who applied to Yale with really low stats (sub-1200 SATs), and I don't know of people who did so to Harvard, personally. This isn't to say that they don't exist, but it's just my own experience that Harvard's total applicant pool may be better qualified than Yale's.

Ambitiousyokel, what do you mean by better qualified? What is the difference between 1580 and 1590 SAT? At the HY level, phrases such as "better qualified" are utterly meaningless, do a disservice to these high achievers, and do not advance the discussion of college choice. My $.02.
