A question for those who are currently registered...

At the beginning of the Spring term, there are three dates:

Online Registration Verification on JTF;
Course Add/Drop Begins;
Instruction Begins;

What does each of the above time represent? I wish to go on vacation next year. If I do the online registration verification at home, and get to Ithaca before the Course Add/Drop, i shouldn't miss anything.. should I?

I believe that you could come back just prior to the beginning of instruction. The only caveat is that you would have to do the online add/drop from home, so if any problems arise you may be talking to the registrar's office over the phone. Just make sure that you do the online add/drop as soon as it becomes availabe because many classes are capped. So instead of rambling, if you return before Add/Drop there shouldn't be any problem.

by the way, the online reg. verification takes 10sec if that so its nothing to be concerned about.
