Do any of you guys in New York know if they look at your regents exams? Mine weren't too hot, some were B+'s but then again they're one exam and given only to NYers. Everything else is an A though. Does anyone have any idea?

Well, it's included with your transcript. I'm not so sure if they consider it, but the grade will be on the paper either way.

I hope not.

no offense, but the regents are very, very easy people.
That aside, they will DEFINETLY be on your transcript. The colleges will see them along with your SAT scores.
EDIT- I didnt look too closely the first time. A B+ isnt bad, especially if it was on Math A, Chem, or Physics (they dropped it from our report cards). My physics grade actually lowered my end-of-term class mark by 2 points =(.

Yeah, I took physics the first year they revised it. Got an 82, my lowest grade on my transcript
They're actually regrading it. And luckily, while my school does put it on the transcript, they don't count the grade if it lowers your average.

In ninth grade, I couldn't go to school because of frequent illnesses caused by my medication, so I got a 79 on the Bio Regents. However, in my junior year, I got a 5 on the AP Bio exam.
So no, I don't want colleges to see that grade.

Also, I only got a 90 in chemistry. Don't want colleges to see that either.

Don't worry about it- I got in with an 88 of the chem regents. It was just a bad test. With a final grade of 95 in a very hard class, they just did the scaling funny on the regents. And I agree with the Alphachimp that most regents are easy- but the Physics, Math A and Chem will hurt. Our AP Physics B class had a regents average of 80, when we all got 4's or 5's. It's good that they rescaled it, so my 95 regents will match my 97 quarter grade. But I guess what I'm taking a really long time to say is colleges know about the problem regents.

The regents are awful. i hated taking them.
A B+ won't hurt at all. colleges know that the regents are just crap.

Ohh great thanks guys! The regents are the lowest grades on my report card so they bother me a lot hahaha Plus the course grades are soo much higher so those stupid regents are annoying especially that unfair physics regents which they're changing BECAUSE it's unfair. They're easy and everything but they have NASTY negative curves. o0o well I'll get over it u guys made me feel a lot better haha bye
