i don't see why you "doubt" that you'll get in. there's nothing in your app that shows why you SHOULDN'T get in. Your stats are friggin amazing, and the cancer research thing, the hospital volunteering, etc...that helps you out A LOT because Penn likes community service and a show of initiative. if you're gonna go to an ivy league school though, i'd suggest getting some more confidence.
