i got 1440 SAT this december...is there a chance of getting in if i don't have anything national or international but solid school marks and lots of good ec's?

Yeah I think they're basically in another post but sure. First off I'm a legacy and I'm realistic and understand that this did help my admissions, although my dad hasn't contributed much money at all.
At time of application (early):
4.0 unweighted gpa class rank 2 in public IB school
690 Math IC
Service club President, County All-Star and All-County honorable mention varsity football, NHS, spanish honor society, some decent hours of volunteering
Good essays and excellent recs.
Pretty basic. Other than the legacy, I think GPA and class rank helped me most. I was not a recruited athlete for football.
