I'm not going to lie, I really don't think you have any chance. These are your weak statistics:
1190 is nowhere near the average.

The low 600s are already iffy, but 5, 4, and 300s? That's really not Dartmouth-level.

99% of all Dartmouth students are in the top 50% of their class. You're not even in the top 75%.

If it's a joke then that person spent WAY too much time typing up all that stuff...plus, it's not inherintly obvious that it's a joke...some of those things seem very real...if it's not a joke, than I would say, unless you're an international champion of some sort, you should look elsewhere.
