Im applying to Columhia reg dec, and then the Northwestern Pre-med 7 Year Program regular. How likely am i to get in?? Be dead honest.

34 ACT
1490 SAT, 800 math, 690 verbal

SAT II math IIC 800
SAT II writing 700
SAT II chemistry 770
SAT II world history 700

*Grades and courses

15 out of 525 rank (4.1 gpa/4.33 gpa)
Taking multivariable calc at Univ of Minn
Taking or taken AP Chem, AP Bio, Ap Physics
And adv. English, history, and core classes

*ECs

Play guitar for alternative rock band (and im doing an essay on this too)
Painting
Captain of Math league
National Honor Society
Mentoring
Key Club
Secretary of Business Professionals of America

*Other

-Im asian-american
-raised from working class, but im now financially well-off
-going for pre-med in engineering then med school

Looking at scores...very good chances ESPECIALLY for SEAS, which generally puts more weight on science scores than verbal.
With your ECs I'd say that your pretty much inline with most acceptees. Not a guarantee you understand....but you are pretty much in line with the standard columbia student.
Good idea with the music essay...thats what my topic was...just be careful to make sure you put enough about YOU in the essay. Use it to highlight your personality etc etc....I'm sure I dont have to say ne of this...you've probably read the books.
