What does upenn prefer the act or the sat?

the official story is that there is no difference, but i would go with the SAT's just to be safe, unless there is some overpowering reason why you shouldnt

I just attended the information session at Penn's campus, and they told me that they have no preference. It's either:
ACT
-or-
SAT I and 3 SAT II's

If you submit both, then they choose the scores that put you in the best light. They also DO take your highest verbal and highest math on the SAT, they dont consider it as a whole, which is good.
