hi everyone. i'm going to be a HS junior next year and think I may be interested in applying to Columbia. i wont bore you with my grades and all that but everything in that area is good, and im president of a handful of clubs at my school. but i know to get into columbia you need to be interesting/different and ill just be honest, im not really. i dont do anything "special" or "different" -- is it too late for me? what can i do?

*At* Columbia, they're really big on community service from what I've been told.
Don't flip out over your EC's. I suspect that you're in the same boat that a lot of other students are: someone with great grades, scores, recs, etc.: a lottery ticket. Do the best you can and don't lose any sleep over it.
