Is MUSC a good med school for an anesthesiologist ?? I want to be one, and was wondering if MUSC was any good??

Yes, it's a fine school. As a graduate of South Carolina, many opportunities will be open to you, including the chance to obtain a residency in Anesthesiology.

How does the University of Iowa rank as far as undergraduate pre-medical studies are concerned? I know they have a decent medical school; something like 8th in the nation (please correct me if I am wrong). I am heading there in a couple weeks but would like to know that I'm not getting short changed. I don't necessarily have the kind of high school ambition and grades that are requisite for an ivy league school...
