I am thinking of sending out 3 teacher's recommendations. Would it look bad if 2 of them are from my grade 9 and 10 teachers? Would it look as if I am not doing well in grade 11 and 12 so that I dare not ask my current teachers for recs?

Be sure to check the policies of the particular schools to which you are applying. I know some insist that the recs are from 11th and 12th grade teachers only.

mm, it would look like that, IMO, chiuchiu.
One is understandable, 2 does look a little desperate.
You might want to reconsider, but I'm sure you have your reasons.

Check the individual schools. IMO, 10th grade teachers a fine, but 9th grade is pushing it... (unless they know you really well for some reason)
