is anyone else having problems w/ usc's online application?? i cant seem to access it on one of my computers; it only works on the unfortunately older and slower one! when i enter my user name and password, i get a Microsoft VBScript runtime error or something. can anybody help?

Son had a terrible time last year with the on line application. The message seems familiar. He emailed SC-got an automatic response "thanks we'll get back to you" type. He called after 1 wk, then I called-no help was told one "try another server" "no, no one else has complained of this problem". Did get some stuff entered on husband's work computer (45 min drive on Sunday). He would get pages completed-ck marks showed up and then they disappeared. He did get a real e mail in maybe 2 wks but it was not help-it's not our fault type answer. I called again (he was in school all day) one person said to send in printed copy. He did have to mail in one section-then they said they never received it (we had signed delivery receipt) and was given permission to fax.

Good luck, there were lots of problems in the admission process but SC said they were going to fix them for this year.--

I can't think of any other place where my son should be than the Univ of Redlands. He is doing very well and having a great time at the music school. Our cost plus his new Scion Xa is < what we would have spent at SC this yr.
