Hey guys, I was wondering if you take chemistry, and pass the first semester with a C and then get a D+ the second semester, but you retook the course and got an A. Which grade do they consider in the scholarship requirement and in you GPA calculation?

They include both the D and the A in your GPA calculation, I believe. Do some research at www.ucop.edu/pathways to confirm this.
