Let's get in a fight.
I say UCLA, it's got the nice weather and a prettier campus.

both schools on average have bad looking girls, trust me! Anyway Berkeley is great, but UCLA is better, we are smarter now, didn't you hear the admissions results from last year?

How does UCLA Engineering stack up against Berkeley Engineering? Rankings point towards Berkeley. Does anyone know?

UC Berkeley stacks higher than UCLA in every way, shape, and form.
Engineering...business...you name it, not only does Berkeley do it, but it does it better.
Not only that, you can't even breathe in LA, while B-town has some nice open parks nearby and not to mention the far superior food of the bay area...
UCB > UCLA
(Not that UCLA's a bad school).
Now that I've dissed on UCLA a little hopefully I get into UCB so I don't end up going to UCLA after talking nothing but smack on it :-p

This comes straight from UCB and UCLA admissions . . . . in 2002, UCLA admitted 24.06% of applicants with an average admission GPA of 3.77 unweighted, 4.23 weighted . ..UCB admitted 23.3%, now before everybody here starts thinking Berkeley is that much better, the average unweighted was 3.8 BUT the average weighted was 4.22 . .In conclusion, UCLA, due to the higher weighted GPA, slightly edged out UC Berkeley... GO BRUINS!... but in all fairness, I have to admit they are equivalent
And for those of you who were wondering about party life at UCLA, it is non existent, as of this year they cancelled the one party night of they year (black Sunday) indefinitely!...both schools are great, I love it here at UCLA though, beautiful campus, wonderful professors, and lets face it, you can't beat living in LA.

In 2003 UCLA acceptance rate was lower than UCB.
