I have pretty good stats, high sats, gpa, good ecs... and probably have a shot at most top 25 schools...
However, I was suspended in middle school for a fight. I it was an isolated incident; friend made some comments to me about a girl i liked, and i punched him. We were both suspended. I never been in trouble before and I have never recieved any sort of diciplinary action in high school... will this one incident hurt my otherwise good chances at Penn, Yale, Stanford, Northwestern, Berkeley etc.? Pleast help!!!

Thanks...
A few schools,(caltech) specifically asks "Were you suspended from any school."
But most, like MIT and Yale, ask "Were you ever suspended, dismissed etc." So would a "no" answer be ok?
Thanks...

why don't you call the admission offices and ask? They will surely give you better information than we can...

When they say any school, they mean any high school. You can say no. Your middle school stuff doesn't go on your permanent record.
