Today, I got a letter that says I have been referred to be included in the 37th annual Edition of Who's who among american high school studetns. I have no idea what that is, and I am also doubtful. Could anyone tell me what it is, and if it'scam or not?

It's a total scam -- colleges are more likely to look upon it as a negative thing if you actually put that on your application. Trash the letter.

I guess it's like that national honor scholar thing. Then, do we even have non-scam recognition program? or I just have to throw every single this kinds of letter I get/

It is not a scam. I am a mother of a student who received that letter. We also met an man, quite by accident who was in the book about 20years ago. So, not it is not a scam.
