Don't hold me to this at all.
1)Cornell - 9 it's pretty easy prob intl will help too
2)MIT - 4 it's a toss up depends on your SATII math and you prob need an 800 for math there
3)Umich Ann Arbor - 10 your brother being there and your stats make it pretty easy to get in
4)UCB - 7 depends on whether you have really good grades as in #1,2,3 in class
5)UVA - 8, not really a chance it's really hard for out of state americans let alone intl. but I don't know it may help to be intl there
6)NYU - 10, no problem getting into Stern
7)Carnegie Mellon - 8
8) Harvard - 5 no real reason
Hope my dumb opinion helps. Sorry about that guy before, your ECs aren't boring just don't list them like that on your apps, or it will bore them.

Cornell- 7 pretty good chance!
U Mich- 10
UCB- 5 (because you're international)
Carnegie Mellon- 9
Harvard- 2 you need something that stands out above the rest of the harvard applicants who mostly have over 1500.
Wharton- 8, 9
