I was wondering how most colleges takes your SAT scores if you took it multiple times?
lets say that i got a 640 verbal and 740 math the first time and then i got a 700 verbal and 700 the second time. Do they take the high out of either one (making a 700 verbal and 740 math) or do thy just take the one with the highest combined score(in this case the 2nd one)?
also how well is a 640v/740m ? what kind of colleges can i get into?

it depends on the school...contact the schools your interrested in and ask them directly.
your score is pretty good, comperable to mine
