Well, we found out that Occiendtal will
give S a merit scholarship.
How good is Oxy?
I know Caltech is not good for Premed.

Well for bioengineering UCSD is the obvious choice here. Harvey Mudd only has general engineering, but you can concentrate on what you want, so you will have a better general engineering education for grad school.
