I'm having a hard time deciding where to go next year. The following is the list of schools to which I'm accepted:

Columbia (CC)
U Chicago
CMU (CS)
Brown (undecided)
Duke (Trinity)
Rice
Harvey Mudd
UIUC (CS)

I have no clue how to eliminate colleges until only one remains. Well, here are the factors that I have to consider:

1. Good CS program
2. Good English or Journalism program

3. Urban setting would be appreciated
4. Good programs in Economy, Int'l Relation, Biology (neurobiology/neuroengineering), or Cognitive Science

5. Nice weather would be appreciated ("nice" means a bit more predictable than where I live now: massachusetts)
6. The cheaper, the better. However, if the school has some kind of "name value," I can get some scholarship in my country.

Help me out please!

Also, where can I get a undergraduate major
ranking (i.e. CS, Journalism, IR, Economy)?

Yea, I'd say Columbia.... 2nd on the list for Journalism, UIUC.
