chee hoo! I got into Lawrence university today with a $2000 dollar scholarship! It's funny cause I went to the mailbox hoping USC was there by now, and then I saw the big envelope and thought finally USC! Hahaha so i still have not heard from USC but im happy i got in somewhere today!

CONGRATULATIONS. Lawrence is a wonderful school - one of my personal favorites. Frankly, I'd personally choose Lawrence over USC any day. But that's just me : )

Congrats, Boatboat! I have a son who is a soph at Lawrence - it is a wonderful, wonderful place, and he just loves it!

thanks everyone! yeah i am gonna seriously considor it....the only thing is i used to live in Wisconsin so it might be nice to try a new place.

I got into Lawrence as well...
they gave me a some money...given that im an international student.
