April 1--(Berkeley, Calif.)--Faced with budget problems and an unprecedented strong applicant pool, UC Berkeley announced that they were admitting only one student to represent the whole class of 2008. Known by the pseudonym "Flyguy," this student beat the odds by being an out-of-state applicant.
