I recieved a phonecall from one of the colleges i have applied to, asking me about my residential choices. I wanted to live off campus but they would like me to live on campus for the first year. I told them that was fine. Is this a good sign that they were so bothered, as they are releasing their descians next week. Surely if they were not going to admit me they wouldnt be bothered where I was going to live? What does anyone think.........

It would be cruel and unusual punishment if it weren't a good sign.

If it's from Berkeley, i received the same call. But I am not sure i means anything. Although she did say,
"Make sure to come to Cal Weekend."
"Just bring a pair of gloves, ok?"
" Do you have any questions about majors?"
I dunno. I didn't think much of it. She *did* say decisions would be out nex week, like the OP posted.Any UC Berkeley savvy ppl who anything about these types of calls???? A response would be great.
